Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: There are three options:
(i) e-Tickets which can be purchased through this website
(ii) Physical Tickets which can be purchased at the Langham Community Shop
(iii) Card or cash purchase at the entrance on the night
If possible, please purchase your tickets (either e-Ticket or Physical Ticket) in advance as this will help with speedy entry to the event on the night.


Q: What price are the tickets?
A: It depends when you buy them. "Early Bird" pricing applies up to 20th October inclusive. Regular "Advance Purchase" pricing applies from 21st October to 4th November. "On The Gate" pricing applies to purchases made on the night at the Event Entry Gate.

Early Bird Pricing: £6 ADULT, £3 CHILD (4 -15yrs), free INFANT (0 - 3 yrs)
Advance Purchase Pricing: £8 ADULT, £4 CHILD (4 - 15 yrs), free INFANT (0 - 3 yrs)
On the Gate Pricing: £10 ADULT, £7 CHILD, free INFANT (0 - 3 yrs)


Q: Are ticket refunds available if I'm unable to come on the night?
A: No, refunds are not available under any circumstances. 


Q: What's included in the ticket price?
A: The ticket price includes entry to the display area, and access to the live music performance area.


Q: What's not included in the ticket price?
A: No food and drink is included in the ticket price. Drinks and food can be purchased from the on-site bar and a selection of food vendor pitches on site. Children's rides are subject to a small per use charge. Sparklers & glowsticks etc. will also be on sale from stalls in the display ground.


Q: Where should I park if I'm coming by car?
A: A designated car parking area will be marked and marshalled on site.


Q: How do I gain access to the display area?
A: There will be two clearly marked gated entrances into the display area: Gate 1 for prepaid ticket holders, and Gate 2 for those who still need to purchase their ticket(s). Please make sure that you go to the correct gate.

At Gate 1, please be ready to show either your Physical Ticket, a print-out of your e-Ticket (with its QR code), or a copy of your email receipt on your smartphone (with its QR code).

At Gate 2, please be ready to pay your entrance fee, preferably by card using our Sumup cardreaders, or alternatively by cash.
